During the COVID-19 pandemic, a large nonprofit’s accounting department faced major operational and financial reporting challenges. A flawed migration from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online led to a severely disorganized general ledger, misclassified transactions, and a backlog of unposted entries. We have been using TEVA Bookkeeping services since Jan. 2014 and are very happy with the results and the amount of time and money we’re saving by having them do our books rather than ourselves. I feel our executive staff needs to focus on their roles CEO, COO, CMO… and not on doing bookkeeping.
