I am/was in charge of all the accounting aspects for our Law Firm. Until I discovered TEVA Solutions in 2014. We have hired previous services to assist in the accounting processes however, they got into serious trouble with the IRS, payroll process and their customer service was terrible. We have been using TEVA Bookkeeping services since Jan. 2014 and are very happy with the results and the amount of time and money we’re saving by having them do our books rather than ourselves. I feel our executive staff needs to focus on their roles CEO, COO, CMO… and not on doing bookkeeping. We firmly believe having the right qualified person do the job, trying to use a body that isn’t a pro just takes too much time. Before TEVA Bookkeeping we even tried hiring a temp to take care of this task, it turned out that was a waste of time due to turnover AND after hiring TEVA we found they didn’t really keep up with the latest practices. Now we have professionals who do all the work, provide us with regular financial reports and insights into our cash flow.
